Terms and Conditions
1. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may change after this period due to material, freight or production cost adjustments.
Promotional or launch pricing is available for a limited time only and may not be repeated.
2. Artwork Requirements
Client-supplied artwork must be provided in high resolution and suitable for professional print production.
Wolf Merch is not responsible for reduced print quality resulting from low-resolution files, screenshots, compressed images, incorrect colour formats (e.g. RGB instead of CMYK), or files supplied in unsuitable formats.
If artwork requires correction, recreation or preparation to meet print standards, additional design fees may apply.
3. Proof Approval
Digital proofs will be supplied prior to production.
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details including spelling, layout, colours, image clarity, sizing and contact information.
Approval of artwork confirms acceptance of all details. Once approved, Wolf Merch is not responsible for errors identified after production has commenced.
4. Colour Variation
Colours displayed on digital screens may vary from printed results due to differences in monitors, lighting conditions and print processes.
Minor colour variations between approved proofs and final printed products are considered industry standard and do not constitute a fault.
Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically quoted and agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production will not commence until payment has been received and artwork has been approved.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
6. Production & Turnaround
Production timeframes begin once artwork approval and payment have been received.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on workload and production scheduling.
Wolf Merch is not liable for delays outside of reasonable control.
7. Custom Orders & Returns
All products are custom made to order. Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind.
If a manufacturing fault occurs, Wolf Merch will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wolf Merch’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Wolf Merch is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of supplied products.
